Chapter 44 – Antheia: Taming the Beast

Antheia’s POV

Morning came and it was a surprise that Raven was not yet up. It is already 8 AM and he is still sound asleep, When usually, he always gets up before the sun fully shines. I carefully moved out of the bed and wore by house slippers, walking on my tiptoes to the bathroom, minding not to wake him up from his deep slumber. It is a sight to see him like that, fully resting without him worrying of the pack and other problems.

Did the horror film knocked him out? Jeez, that would be crazy.

I brushed my teeth and washed my face and skipped my bath since I do not want to wake him up with the shower sound, or maybe I am too lazy to shower. I brushed my hair a bit and worked it on a french fishtail braid.

When I am done, I quietly closed the door and made my way out of the room, striding to descend the stairs and walked towards the kitchen for a breakf
