Answer to his question

When they arrived at the hospital, River was immediately examined by the specialist Lara who became her doctor when she was recovered from the hands of Spencer's enemy.

"What's the problem with her?"

Spencer immediately asked Lara. Lara was busy getting BP and asking River questions while Spencer walked around bak en forth by their side.

"Lara! What's up?" Spencer asked again, feeling annoyed by Lara's silence.

"Stop that Spencer! Wait, will you?" Lara seems to be choked by her stubborn cousin.

It was only here that Spencer calmed down and kept quiet, then sat in the visitors chair and watched Lara and River. A few minutes passed. Lara finished looking at River, then immediately approached Spencer.

"River was lacking vitamins, she needs a nutritionist to monitor her appetite." Lara said.

"Isn't she sick or something? Because River seems to have lost a lot of weight." Spencer commented.

"Oh' c'mon Spencer! River is just stressed too much that's why she loses weight. If you want River
