An Awkward Togetherness

"Why Agnes? You said you hated him, even a lot."

"This is for Regan," muttered Agneta making Aiden walk backward, wiping his face in exasperation. Agneta saw Aiden's eyelids turn red, and his eyes filled with tears; he had hurt Aiden too profoundly. "I'm sorry, Aiden."

Aiden just stared at Agneta, full of disappointment mixed with heartache; Aiden seemed to want to say something but held back and could only exhale roughly. He put his hands on his hips in front of Agneta, his head down and tears falling slowly. Agneta felt guilty for Aiden but couldn't do anything about it. Dave always managed to dominate himself and his life. It's just a liquid that can only adapt to a solid state.

Not many words, Aiden immediately passed Agneta's body with his hands clenched tightly, and his veins were printed.

Aiden walked full of emotion towards Dave's room; even some employees who greeted him in the office hallway were scared and surprised because Aiden didn't usually show his angry face.
