Rowan's Pov

I turned back to see it was Zoey in the water, struggling in the water. She must have fell into the water by accident, and probably do not know how to swim.

Great!

Without thinking, I dived into the water and went to her rescue. I went down in the water cause she's no more struggling up, but is now down in the water. I sighted her unconscious, and going down slowly. I felt panicked in a second, I reached to her as quickly as I could.

I picked her in my arms, and went up to the surface. When our heads were now outta of the water, she's still unconscious in my arms. Fear gripped me, did she really drown to death in just a few minutes?!

How is that possible?!

"Hey! Hey, Zoey?!" I called out, slapping her cheek slightly.

She suddenly started coughing out water which really startled me outta no where, but I am relieved she isn't dead. After a second of coughing out the whole water that went into her system, she stopped when her eyes met with mine.
