Lucas drove to one of the hotels he owned and passed the night there. Exhausted after the long day, he fell asleep almost instantly. However, the noise outside his hotel room door woke him up from his sleep. He groggily made his way to the door and opened it, only to be confronted by his ex-fiancée, Elena.

"Lucas, I had to come to see you," Elena said, her eyes pleading for his forgiveness.

"I know everything is complicated and I am sorry for everything I've done to you. I was in a coma for six years, and I woke up to realize that you have moved on with someone else.
