The temptation to leave my office camera on while Holly met with the guys was overwhelming. But I didn’t do it. I had to accept I couldn’t control everything all the time and it went without saying that the guys knew how important this was to me.

They were part of the key to getting Holly back in my life. They all knew the stakes. This had to go well, no … great. Perfectly.

She had to want this life again because they all come along with it. It most definitely isn’t just me she’s coming back to. We’ve all always been a package deal.

One of the calls I’d made this morning just brought by a gift I’d had made. I had to make a grand gesture, I just had to. But it had to be more than just that.
