Chapter 48 - Rose

“Thanks again for the hospitality, Mrs. Bell. It was a pleasure to visit her home. I promise I will call soon.” Rose said to the elderly woman on the other end of the call, as she finished turning off the notebook that was on top of the table in the room that, now, she and all the other Vamcaps called her office.

“I'm so happy, Rose. I'll be waiting." the nice little old lady replied “You were the future tenant that I liked the most until now. I really hope you get the apartment.”

“Your house is also the property that I liked the most so far. You can be sure that once I've made a decision, I'll let you know. Until later." she smiled as she hung up, although the feelings that were taking over her at that moment weren't so positive.
