Nessa took me to a nearby cafe. It was too early for this place to have customers, so we could talk comfortably as the only ones inside. Nessa bought us coffee, and for a moment I felt as if we were back in Silverville when we were still innocent and blissful. It took me an hour to tell her the short version of everything that had happened to me during the last five years. She listened to my story with her eyes literally glued to my face. The only time she seemed to trail off to her thoughts was when I told her about Damara. She used to trust her, and at some point, she even treated her like a sister. Learning that she was the one who convinced my brother to sell me to Alpha Kestrel must have hurt her deeply.

"Imagine my surprise when I saw Damara walking into Tyrion's chamber..." I huffed, crossing my arms.

"You saw what?!" Nessa jumped in her seat and fisted her hands. "So you're telling me that you saw Damara HERE?!"
