Morgan had lost count of how many times he had told himself, and also Charlie, that this marriage was just a contract between the two of them. A plan to thwart Samantha's hidden intentions, whatever they were. So there was no need to overestimate a lightning wedding ceremony that would take place in a chapel covered in flashing neon lights.
