Chapter 26

Anna pov

I yawn as we watch the live feeds and I sit up seeing Nancy walk through a hallway. Luca was stretching so he missed her but she was right near this room.

"Luca I just saw Nancy ",he sat up fast.

"Where?",he growls. I can't believe I thought she was my friend when all along I never saw the red flags. She hated me with them and I was to gullible to notice. She voiced loudly often I could find better but deep down she wanted them.

"In this hallway near my room",he stiffens as he looks at the laptop. She is smirking at the camera and does a finger wave. Power goes out and we are plunged into darkness and I feel fear. Luca eases up while Lorenzo moves towards the door. He quietly locks the door just as the knob moves indicating someone is trying to open it. We all hold our breath as a knock sounds. My eyes go back to the laptop and I see Nancy shaking the doorknob.

"Open up Luca",she says sounding pissed.

"Go away hoe!",Lorenzo yells and she jumps.
