A Aeeting has been called with urgency to request that all the members of the council be in attendance.

Alexander sent out the invitation and kept a strict time to it so they would all be there on time.

That was not how the meetings went. Normally the council invitation was usually sent weeks before the actual day but this was the same day the meeting was to be held.
