Emma's POV

Natalie called when we were still on the road, she had just now woke up and the first thing she saw was Alexander's text saying that the kids were gone. She panicked and called me immediately.

She was relieved to know that the kids were safe but equally sickened by Draven's actions.

"Has the Alpha lost his mind?" He said, "I am calling Roger right now."

"Don't do that." I said.

Roger was Natalie's half-brother. Their father married Natalie's mother when Roger's mother got bedridden after an accident. Roger did not like how his father abandoned him and his mother but he never blamed Natalie's mother for it. He just cut himself off from the family and hardly contacted them.
