Chapter 73: Going Away Gift

Back home at Braeton, Gabrielle was sleeping face down on Kyle's bed, tired after her audition trip. 

Kyle had to wake her at nine in the evening, just to check if she has had supper. "Gaby, did you eat dinner?" He leaned over and pecked on her cheek, repeating his query, "Did you eat? Because I could use a company."

Rolling heavily on her back, Gabrielle took a deep breath. She forced a smile and opened her eyes, saying, "Hi handsome, how was your day?" Pouting her lips she declared, "I sure miss you. I could use a kiss."

She wrapped her arms around the man's neck and forced him to lie on top of her. For seconds, they indulged in a passionate kiss, only to stop upon hearing Kyle's growling tummy. 

"Beautiful, I am usually more greedy for you, but today, I did not eat lunch so I am hungry as hell." Kyle gave her one last peck before helping her out of bed. "Let's eat."
