He was pleased when he saw us, looking at his face, his tan skin, his pale blue eyes, I knew instantly that he was special. There was a kind of bond that I felt between us but yet, I didn't understand. 

"Did you girls have to rent an apartment for me to be living in?" He asked with the sweetest of voices possible. Still amazed by the fact that he is here. Like he is here. 

Cynthia said yanking me off from my thoughts, "Look!" She told him. 

"We had to do it because it is our responsibility to treat our guests right." She said. I nodded in agreement to her statement.
