Derek pov

Council and moon goddess arrives today and I'm trying to calm Mia down because she has been crying a lot.

She worries they will separate us.

"Your fine baby",I hold her as she cries again in my neck.

"I don't want to leave Derek ",she whimpers.

"Your not angel, I kiss her head, I won't let you go",she sniffles and we sit till my dad comes to see us and lead us to the meeting. Walking in Jon and Jennifer sit looking tired as we wait for this meeting to begin. Moon goddess walks over to us and studies us making Mia fidget in her seat.

"I see you two are getting along",I nod as Mia snuggles into my side. I feel eyes on us and look away from Mia to see council watching.

"Seems you mated",is voiced and we all nod.

"I'm impressed considering you two men engaged in some scandalous behavior ",is said and I feel Mia stiffen in my arms.

"Yes seems abuse happened as well",another council member pipes up. I sigh knowing this meeting is going to be a shit show.

"Seems everything is worki
