Derek POV

I watch the pups eat slowly but scared still none of us would ever hurt them. Liam sits with a smaller pups talking to them and I can tell already that most are attached to him it's just his personality. Anna on the other hand looks ready to cry. Most of these pups eat like they have never eaten before.

"Derek ,my mate whispered, what do we do with all these kids? Are their parents even alive? Why did he send these kids to die? What did they ever do to him?" I watch her wipe tears while she pats a smaller pups back while he snuggles sleeping in her arms.

" I don't know baby but what I do know is that these kids will stay with us now and we will take care of them. I will not let him have any of them back they don't deserve to go back to that pack and if their parents choose to come here we will deal with that when it happens".

" okay Derek I'm going to put this little one down he needs to sleep. I'm going to help clean up too and then go check on our pups I love you". Fuck d
