Chapter 44 The Bloodmoon pack

We entered the pack territory. I looked around in surprise with a gaping mouth. Nestled deep within the woods, towering trees formed a dense canopy overhead, shrouding the area in an emerald twilight. Sunlight struggled to pierce the thick layer of leaves, casting an otherworldly glow on the forest floor.
