Chapter 101: People Change

Lorcan felt tightness in his chest as he starts to finally see who Celia really is. Receiving this kind of response from her made him feel sick.

Not only did Celia not feel any remorse for the sick plan that she had for Raven, but she is also so unashamed to even ask him to meddle with the investigation, tamper with the evidence just to let her get away of her punishment.

Lorcan understands that Celia doesn’t like Raven because she is standing in between them, keeping them from being together. However, how could she just do all that without even a bit of remorse in her.

She doesn’t look like she was forced to do this. She just really wanted to harm Raven.

Lorcan stared at Celia’s hardened gaze no knowing what to think about her. Doesn’t she have any conscience? Doesn’t she even feel bothered for asking him to betray his father’s trust and a commit a crime just for her, just so she could get away with the consequences of the action she made while she was in a completely right state
