Chapter 76: She's my mate

Raven did not bother to make things less awkward between her and Lorcan. She allowed silence to rule over them as they went on with their task of welcoming the guest. 

Lorcan didn’t seem to mind Raven’s silence either. Even though they were next to each other, they pretended not to see each other. 

Raven looked at anywhere except Lorcan. She had a tensed expression on her face which tells a lot on how she doesn’t like to be standing there next to Lorcan, forced to do this task with him. 

Lorcan on the other hand, has no idea about what Raven is feeling, or maybe he was just being oblivious about it. 

When a guest entered the packhouse, Raven’s expression changed instantly as she forced a practiced smile on her face. 

“Welcome!” Lorcan and Raven spoke simultaneously with equal smiles on their faces as they faced the new visitor.
