Chapter 51 Not Convinced.

When the limousine stopped, we were in front of a beautiful mansion, surrounded by acres of lush green. Neon bugled his pants and tucked his shirt. I rearranged my skirt and tried to look as presentable as I possibly could.

My face felt hot and Neon's face was flushed and his hair tussled. I smoothed it for him and gave him a thumbs-up. He gave me one final look before taping on the glass divider. And a few seconds later the door opened.

Once I stood on the solid paving, my legs felt shaky and I held onto his hands for support and to catch my breath. The house was breathtaking.

"Are you ready?" he asked.

"For what?" I looked around us.

"To see your new home." I looked at him and then the house again.

It could have been about ten thousand square feet of exquisite sight. And he said it was all mine.

I couldn't help but mentally note that it was bigger than Adelita's house and very modern.
