Reporting Officer: Police Lieutenant Peter Carter

Incident: Double Homicide of  Jackson Family

Details of the Incident: Saturday at nine thirty in the evening, Lieutenant Peter together with an unknown man stopped by the Jackson’s residence. He stood by their doorway and once half-way in, he shot Mr. Jackson at the heart two times, followed by shooting his wife, Mrs. Jackson with a single blow at the head using a Beretta model 92 semi-automatic pistol. Later on as discovered, Lieutenant Carter was drunk and found lying on the floor of the Jacksons, together with the dead bodies. Daughter of the couple, Madelaine Jackson ten year old, was found alive at the kitchen cabinet, and was able to hide from the police officer.
