15. THE MAN WAS NOT MUTE

His mouth stopped moving, and it seemed Vivian had a chance to steady her breathing.

There had indeed been no movement, and since she couldn't see anything at the moment, she didn't know what kind of reaction the man would make after hearing her question. Did the man look angry or perhaps irritated?
