CHAPTER TWENTY THREE: PLANNING A CEREMONY

Kayla’s POV

After Zane left the room, I sat in my office trying to gather my scattered thoughts. I was a jumbled mess of emotions with confusion, anger, happiness and the most troublesome of all, hope… I was used to being in a state of calmness or annoyance at all times and the pile of emotions were wreaking havoc on me. I didn’t know how I was supposed to deal with this many emotions at a time. So I decided to do what I did the best. I ignored them and tried to focus on the paperwork in front of me. Then I thought of how I would have to start the paperwork of Sara’s transfer as soon as she submits her request officially. I didn’t want to give Zane any reason to prolong his visit if I could deal with it at the earliest. 

Even as I tried to focus on the heap of papers in front of me, my mind kept wandering to the bundle of mischief that was Zane Black. I couldn’t help but remember our kiss, a

Can’t believe a woman who started out so strong and smart, who can control a strong and viscous wolf can fall so easily for his tricks..might need to stop reading this story as it is starting to make me mad as to how you are making her seem weak and easily manipulated
