They bowed their heads and held their files tightly , ready to talk .

“ I know , I was already informed of your incompetence a week ago . You all get back to your jobs and try to come up with a solution best fitting for the situation . If something goes wrong and we don’t win the trial , you guys will be the first ones to get fired from this company . “ said Massimo with a harsh tone .
