Chapter 3

"OH MY GOD DON'T TELL ME HE SAW EVERYTHING??!!!" I immediately buried my face against her neck and she just laugh.

"It's ok my sweet this car is heavily tinted so he can't see us." It was sweet of her to reassure me.

She captured my mouth into a sweet kiss and then grab a clean cloth and clean my vagina and put my undies and pants back on. She kisses me again and smiles. I can feel my heart pounding into my chest. 

She rolled down the window and took my order. She turns to me and smiles then hands me the food.

"Here you go my sweet."

She started driving and head off to the Alexandra Hospital and that's when I notice the time.

"Holy shit im gonna be late. I am so dead." Then I buried my face into my hands. I heard her chuckle.

"It's ok my sweet I'll take care of it, ok. Just trust me." She winks.

I can feel my cheeks blushing red.

"And how will you exactly do that??" I said.

She smiles and replies,

"I happen to be close to the only daughter of the Alexandra hospital, so don't worry."

"NOOO, WAYYY!!! YOU KNOW THE HUXLEY'S??!!!" I gasp.

She just chuckled.

"I only know Nyx and met her a couple of times. We have the same friend." She replied

"I saw her once when she visited the hospital, and damn she was scary," I said

"Nyx?? Scary?? I don't think so."

"She is. When she visited the hospital she immediately fires the director on the spot!!"

"Maybe there is some reasonable explanation why she did that. Nyx is the type of person who doesn't showcase her wealth and power."

"Well someone said that the director harassed her without knowing who she is. Well, I guess he deserves it even he tried to harass me."

Then the car immediately stops,

"WHAT??!! TELL ME HIS NAME AND I'LL TEACH HIM A LESSON!!" She hissed.

She's so cute, and I just laugh. Then she pouts.

"Stop laughing." Then the car started again then after 15 minutes we arrive at the hospital. She parks in front of the building then I turned to her and smile.

"Thanks, Skye for driving me here and for everything else." I blush

She smiles and leans towards me and captures my lips. She kissed me sweetly then she pulls back grinning.

"Why do you keep kissing me??" I said.

"Because I want to. Now go and be a hero."

My heart is pounding, my brain want this to stop but my heart and body tell the opposite.

"Do you want me to pick you up after your shift??" She said.

I was stunned,

"Ohh no, I don't want to bother you or anything im sure you'll be busy."

"It's ok my sweet I'll always have time for you."

I immediately blush.

"It's 7 am later," I replied still blushing furiously.

She chuckled and kiss me one more time. I got out of the car and immediately went inside. Then immediately Justine ran up to me jumping up and down.

"Why didn't you tell me that you're seeing someone?? You wound me, my friend."

"What are you talking about??" I replied.

"I saw you getting out of that expensive sports car and base on your outfit you just had a date." She grinned.

"I had a family dinner with Skyler's family Justine that's why Im dressed like this and--" I was cut off by someone calling my name.

"Adeline!!" It's Skye.

"Sorry, but you left your bag in my car and you didn't eat your Ice cream." She smiles innocently.

I was about to say anything when she speaks again.

"Ohhh and can I ask for your phone number??" I can see her blushing. Cute.

"Yes you can and thanks for bringing back my bag." As we exchange numbers.

"Bye Adeline." Then she left.

It was odd hearing her say the first name she always calls me by-

I was snapped out from my reverie when I heard Justine's voice.

"Hello, Earth to Adia???"

"Huh, what???" I asked

"Who was that tall gorgeous woman?? Damn, she has kissable lips and beautiful Argentine eyes."

I can feel my jealousy rising as Justine daydream about Skye. I regain my composure and replied.

"That was Skyler's cousin she offered me a ride."

"Uhuh??" She sends me a knowing look.

"What??"

"So nothing is going on between you two???"

"Justine quit it, we're both women ok." I felt a sudden pang in my chest as I said that.

"Then why are you sad??"

"I'm gonna go change and time in."

Im smiling as im driving home. I don't know what's in her but just seeing her again made me smile.

I arrived home and immediately went to bed. Set up my alarm to 5:30 am because tomorrow I'll see Adeline again and im going to make her breakfast.

~Morning~

It's 6 am and busy cooking breakfast for Adeline. I didn't know what she likes so I cooked waffles and Pancakes, eggs, bacon, coffee, milk, and many more. I just finished cooking the final dish and I immediately headed towards the bathroom to take a bath. After I took a bath, im wearing an elegant white overall suit and put on some light make-up. I immediately called Adeline and after a couple of rings she picks up.

"Hello??" I can hear the tiredness in her voice.

"Good morning my sweet, Im on my way to pick you up," I said

"Great my shift just ended and im about to leave now." She replied.

"Ok see you in a bit my sweet" then she hangs up the call and I just smile and put the food inside of my car.

After 15 minutes of driving, I saw Adeline standing near the hospital door. I can see how exhausted she is so I immediately got out of my car and embrace her.

"Are you ok my sweet??" I whispered.

I can feel her nodding against my shoulder.

"Come on let's get inside of my car and eat some breakfast," I whispered again.

As mention breakfast, she perks up and grinned. She is so cute.

She immediately went inside my car and I just laugh. We're here inside my car in the parking lot eating our breakfast.

"Waffles or pancakes??" I asked.

"Waffles with bacon and egg finish with coffee." She grinned.

I gave her the food and her face immediately lights up. She took a bite and I'm waiting for her reaction.

"This is so good!! Where did you buy this???"

"You wound me my sweet. Im a chef so of course I cook that for you." I pout.

She laughs,

"Im just messing with you, you big baby now eat." She feeds me with her food and I immediately open my mouth and eat it. I smiled at her. I can see her cheeks blushing.

I cut out a piece of my pancakes and feed it to her.

"Here wanna try some pancakes???" She nods and opens her mouth and eat the pancakes.

We finished our breakfast, she gave me her address and I immediately drove her home so she can rest. I was about to talk to her when I realize she's already asleep. God, she's so pretty. From now on your mine, my sweet I won't let anyone take you away from me.

We arrived at her house and I don't want to wake her up, so I carried her gently towards their door and rang the doorbell im guessing Andy is home. After a few seconds, Andy opened the door.

"Skye what are you doing here?? And why are you carrying my mom??" She said with a suspicious tone.

"Im on my way to the restaurant when I saw your mom leaving the hospital after her shift and I offered her breakfast and a ride home. She agreed and after we ate breakfast she fell asleep in the passenger seat and I don't have the heart to wake her up."

Her expression immediately softens.

"Thank you, Skye, come in I'll show you where my mom's room is so you can set her down."

We entered Adeline's room and I set her down on the bed and cover her with her blankets so she can sleep peacefully.

I was pulled out of my reverie when I heard Andy speak.

"Thanks again Skye for taking care of my mother."

"Your Welcome Andy and besides we'll be family soon."

"You know before I met Skyler, Mom is all I have. She loved me and cared for me even though she was just an intern at that time. She adopted me and gave me a life." She said while smiling.

"Everyone is lucky just meeting Adeline," I replied.

"I'll be going now, Bye Andy." I waved.

"Yeah, safe driving Skye and thanks again. Bye."

I just arrived at the Parking lot of my restaurant. Im about to enter when one of my staff rush towards me.

"Chef the guard tried to escort her out but she just went crazy."

"Huh who is-"

"Me!!"

"KATE??!!!"
