CASPIAN

I was sitting in my office after dinner and had just finished talking with Alpha Marco, the current head of the council. He confirmed with me that blood pacts were wolf ways that were not abolished and were highly regarded in the council.

The responsibility of the pact lay with the parties involved. In this case, it was with Andrea's father and Alpha Melvin. And with Andrea's father gone, no one would be able to prove that he was forced into the pact.
