Chapter 127

Talon had given up at this point that they were ever coming back alive. He had known for a while but was still hopeful the day was still young, now the day was far spent and there were no signs of them. He got up from where he sat, close to the gates of Dracula's lair and turned back to go inside. It was now time for him to face Lord Dracula with the tragic news.

There were a lot of Vampire guards around the gate and many more outside the fenced wall. They too like the werewolf scouts had to viciously guard their territory especially now that the vampire hybrids were around. They would quickly raise the alarm to alert the others of any danger and even fight off the threat if they could.

Talon had ignored most of the vampires he had encountered today while he sat there waiting. He was too anxious for Katharine and Vladim
