Chapter 166
Lucas and his brothers had continued as they planned to, sweeping through the city in search of vampires and killing them. They had lost count of how many had died in the massacre and now dawn was fast approaching. They hadn't had any luck yet locating Nicole but Lucas was confident his approach had worked. They were some few thousand metres from the home of Nicole and Lucas wanted to stop by before dawn to see if she had been returned home safely by Dracula and the vampires.
"I think we should pay a visit to Nicole's apartment", Lucas said.

1There was no longer any possibility that Lucas wouldn't be hit by the speeding limousine. He had failed to move away from its path on time, as he moved backwards. The speeding limousine was now inches away from hitting his legs when Lucas out of nowhere lifted himself into the air by jumping up, as the limousine zoomed quickly underneath him with full speed as the driver lost control of his target which was Lucas and slammed into nearby trees at the side of the road.
