Nicholae laughed as he came closer to Emma. She looked at the vampire in front of her shocked. Emma didn't expect to meet him here. She remembered how a vampire sacrificed his life to save her from this vampire. Now she stood alone away from everyone in front of this strong vampire. The sword was no longer with her and without it, she was absolutely powerless. She wondered if now was the time for her to leave this world.
"I left Gregory in the kitchen. He wouldn't have let me kill you," said Nicholae as he continued to walk inside the room.
Emma began to walk backwards as Nicholae came closer. She looked at her left and right to see if there was any way for her to escape.
"It doesn't have to be this way. I don't want to use my powers. I want to be a doctor." said Emma.
