Rare Satisfaction

“I'll come see you tomorrow, Agnes” I said with a kiss to her forehead before stepping away from her. I turned to face the doctor.

“Thank you, Doctor for your help”

“You're welcome” He replied and I nodded and left the room and stepped into the corridor. I could breathe easier out here, away from the stifling heat and suffocating detergent.

Servants bowed to me as I walked past them and down the long corridor. I did not exactly have a particular destination in mind but I found my feet guiding me towards the garden once more.

The weather outside was harsh and extremely hot but the air was more refreshing and less stifling like the ones inside and I continued to walk even further, my feet stepping on the grass beneath me.

After a few minutes of walking, I finally settled on one of the bench with a deep sighs, just staring up ahead of me.

I saw the Prince walk over to where I sat from the corner of my eyes as he sat down beside me and I turned to face him.
