“So what do you think about my little sister?” Dylan asked Maeve as they were seated on the swings just outside where the party was going on, they had just cut the cake and the children were swimming while the others were just playing around, Aunty Sue was busy with her old friends in the living room and the two were seated on the swings outside enjoying the afternoon breeze, to Maeve it was the best moment of her life, she liked Dylan the moment she set her eyes on him and the more they spent more time together, the more she liked him and no doubt she was falling for him“What? CHAPTER THIRTY THREE“Hey dad, what’s up?” she said on the phone, she was not expecting him to call because he said he was going to come the following week and usually he would call when he was at the airport“Hey sweetheart, I am at home and you are nowhere to be seen, I thought I’d find you here but you are not so where are you?” he asked and Maeve could not believe her eyes, she was excited and surprised at the same time because she was not expecting her father to come home so soon “You what? dad? CHAPTER THIRTY SEVEN“So basically your dad left this for you? Like he left his dairy behind, you know in as much as I want not to believe or trust my instincts but I think that maybe he faked his own death and he is just maybe waiting for the right time to come out of is hiding or something I don’t know but the way things are turning, I don’t know what is going on but everything seems pretty messed up a little bit and you can know what is right and what is not, basically things are changing and we don’t know if it is true or not but we just sit, watch and make conclusions, and by the way what do you think, you have been quiet the whole day since you came back from Maeve’s place or you got into loggerhead with her? Or maybe you are just anxious about the exams, it is going to be fine, you are a bright student that I believe in, nothing is going to stop you from getting what you want, you will pass, just stop hurling up yourself in that couch
