This place is truly beautiful, I have no doubt about that, but it is like everything has gone bland lately. *Tom* I can't keep the smile from my face as we walk inside, Meri walking half a step in front of me, just in case Luca hasn't managed to calm Lumi down. *Meri* Finally, after what feels like eternity, we are allowed in to see Tom. He is finally out of surgery and it went as well as it could. Lumi seems very quiet, but she might just be feeling bad about everything that happened and I know that right now it won't help telling her that it's okay as it would probably just make it worse. I take a deep breath before walking in, knowing that it will be scary seeing him like this. My strong, vibrant Tom, pale and still, filled with all kinds of electronics keeping an eye on him.
