Eliyah's POV

"I never thought you're a fighter," halakhak ni Rex habang ginagamot ang mga kalmot sa kamay ko.

I rolled my eyes at him. "She hurt me first. Of course I'd fight back," giit ko.

Ngumisi siya sa akin bago unti-unting nagseryoso. "I don't know if I can still handle being with them..."

Napatitig ako sa kanya at nagtaka. Does that mean... he's still living the same roof as his family? Well, it's not that bad but... I expect him to at least be independent. But after what I've seen earlier, I've thought that he's still under his father.

"How did you know about my father and Shennun's relationship anyway, hmm?" kalaunan ay tanong niya.
