Alessia's POV

I FINISHED eating the apple and drank some water. Elijah accompanied me here inside the tent. He hasn't gone out since he got back to get water.

"Sleep," Elijah promised me that's why I lay down.

"How are you?" I asked him. I don't know if he will sleep or go out.

"I'm gonna sleep too." He answered me that it seemed like a natural thing for him.

I lay down on a cloth there and made my arm a pillow and lay on my side. Elijah took a position to lie down but he pulled me so that I fell in his arms and he turned me closer to his body.

I felt heat on my cheeks. I don't know if I can sleep well in this situation, especially with the smell of Elijah's scent. I wondered if I smelled bad, especially since I was sweating earlier. But why should I even think about that, all of us here have not taken a bath yet because there is no place to take a bath here.
