A week had passed, and Louis has not said a word with Hailey's refusal to his offer and with confronting Edward. Obviously, he needs to do it sooner, though there is not much interaction between Edward and Hailey. He did expect that at least the two of them would hit it off, but to his surprise, the exact opposite of it happened.
"Get some coat on my wardrobe. We're going out," Edward said without looking at Hailey. She was confused, of course, she has not been outside for a week straight. THE sun shining woke up Hailey from her sleep. She slowly opened her eyes, a clean white ceilinggreeted her the moment her eyes are fully opened, they enlarged as she recalls what happened to her last night. She looked around the room and saw a long-haired man sitting at the side while sipping his morning bourbon while reading today's newspaper using a gun as his reading pointer.
