Chapter Seventy-One: Elisse, A Ball. of Sunshine

"Don't you dare do anything to Elisse. Leave her alone!" Elijah seriously stated, while giving David a warning look.

"But what if I don't want to? And besides, I have the right to talk to Elisse. We go long way back, more than you can imagine." David relayed, while grinning from ear to ear.

"We didn't have any romantic relationship, you prick!" Elisse exclaimed, as irritation crosses her face.

"But Tiara said you liked me. You were heartbroken because you found out that I liked Tiara more and not you." David insisted.

"Yes, I did, but it was ages ago! It's totally different now!" Elisse shot back.

"But----!" David wasn't able to finish his sentence when Van suddenly spoke.

"Look, just let Elisse go and we won't have any problems." Elijah interjected.

David can sense that Elijah is dead serious. And besides, he is much taller and larger than her, with all the muscles in their right places. He will definitely lose if he tries to fight with him.
