Leo was sitting at his desk, going over the details Alex had sent him concerning the meeting.

"Alex, why is there no list of the activities planned for the event?" Leo asked.

"It is yet to be finalized; that's the only thing left for your approval, Mr. Warner," Alex answered.

Leo looked at the art design that had been printed out and said, "This is good; let's have this made into an acrylic name plate and place it through the hotel for the days of the event."

"That reminds me of the branch in L.A.; did you reach out to anyone there?" Leo asked.

"You should; even though the main event would be taking place here, some of the discounts we would be applying to our services would be applicable throughout our branches," Leo explained.
