Chapter 51: Complicated thoughts

Kane was silent as he pulled me towards his car.

His expression was dark.

What was he so angry about?

I pulled him to stop.

"Hold on."

But Kane did not hear me and continued to walk. His pace was fast. He has long legs so his steps were big. I can barely keep up.

Kane suddenly stopped. He looked at me with dark eyes.

"I came here to fetch you. Or do you want to stay the night in that club with that man?"

I frowned. I could not appreciate Kane coming here with this mean attitude of his.

"If you are just going to spout nonsense and accused me then just leave on your own. I have my car here. I'll drive on my own."
