39. D-Day

A day had gone by with Victoria preparing her mind for the D-Day with every passing moment. She could have sworn, back in highschool with Ken still around that her marriage was going to be special with a not so big but not so small wedding party but now she didn't mind at all.

She was going to marry this billionaire and not ken but it didn't make a difference to her. She wanted to wear a long flowing White dress for her wedding in the presence of her grandma and Amber's mother but that wasn't happening,now she didn't even want her grandma to know of it.

The only thing that wasn't changing was Amber's presence today, she was going to be her chief and only maid of honor. Checking how she looked in the mirror, she smiled, Amber had suggested the right dress when they went shopping yesterday. It was a simple but classy knee length white dress.

"You. Look. Amazing!" Amber complimented her when she came back from getting her shoes.

"Too amazing? Attention seeking amazing?"
