Evelyn's pov

"I don't understand what you find so confusing can't you recognize your own signature anymore? It's clear that you signed this yourself…" Quinn smirked.

My rage was steadily building up with every passing second and both of them could see it. Indeed, my signature was on the documents and I could tell that it wasn't forged unless the person was insanely good at it, but that was very unlikely meaning that I was staring at my own signature on a document that claimed I had handed over several areas of lands, properties, and shares from the company that belonged to me as the princess over to my stepmother.

This was what my lawyer had come to tell me and even now it's still glued in my mind into pieces I had opened my eyes and closed them rapidly imagining that it was nothing more than a fabrication but despite everything I did the letters in the documents refused to change they stubbornly remained glued to the piece of paper just as my signature did as well.
