Disappointment

The old lady whom she cared for was unwell, and she had been taken to the hospital, so she had gotten off early and stopped by the hospital. Leonard had been busy all day. Luckily for her, he was one of the few who had an office, and so she had stayed there while he was working. It was getting late, so she decided to get a taxi to her house. She was outside of the hospital when she noticed the sky had turned gray; it looked like it was about to rain. She stared admiringly at the sky.

She tried to flag down a taxi, but none of them would stop as everyone was rushing to board, and then all of a sudden the rain began to fall hard; it was a sudden heavy downpour, and thunder cracked in the sky.
