As soon as Edward was out the door, Vanesa felt an overwhelming amount of sadness wash over her. It made her want to go back to sleep so that she wouldn’t have to miss Edward at all.
Her siblings clearly had other ideas though because Nick was already dragging her back into the kitchen to finish eating.
“I can’t believe you didn’t tell us how hot our brother-in-law is in reality!” Nick’s voice was higher than usual but Viana was nodding along with what he was saying like it was totally normal.
