Chapter # 18

“You too… Where were you before?” I whispered sincerely.

An unimaginable feeling of intense love and desire emerge from both of us. My heart which was pounding louder and faster by each second craved for his touch. The feeling of thirst aroused by him being this close to me; I want it.

“Lawrence…” Calling him breathlessly, my lips parted to speak further but I cannot.

I closed my eyes and allowed myself to feel the delicacy of my lips. I remained like that for a while but it felt like a devilishly long time for me.

“Please…” I murmured, pleading with him to continue but this interlude was aching my body, burning it in a fiery fire.

I opened my eyes and looked at him staring deeply into my eyes. We remained like that as if nothing existed around us.

"I can't do it, Evelyn," Lawrence's voice came out like a bare whisper but it was heard by me. All the emotions that were igniting my body began to fade away slowly and my heart began to feel heavy.
