Devastated

*Abi POV*

Titan sniffs me and my heart sinks. I try to run my hand on his fluffy fur but he backs away and sprints upstairs.

“Titan!” I shout, running behind him, but he is too fast. I walk into my bedroom in time to see him pulling down the bed covers, exposing the unmistakable blood stained sheets.

“Titan,” I call to him softly. This was not meant to hurt him but Omario. I want to explain this to him but I can feel his heart which was pounding a few minutes ago, fading right before he drops on the floor.

“Titan!”

I rush to his side, tears already streaming down my cheeks. “Titan, please wake up.”

“He is being a drama queen because I shut him out,” Nina links.

“You what?”

“Hey! He has to know that you are my human and that idiot is his. He can’t just be here a…”

It now makes sense why Titan has not been talking to me like he usually does.
