Olivia Miller's POV

It was cold. I had goosebumps all over and felt like someone was trying to freeze me to death. My head was heavy and I groaned while holding it. My hair felt sticky and the rough skin was not making me feel any better.

Everything was so bad that made me think, I was in an accident or I was asleep for years. It was not that cold as I look for the remote of my air conditioner. I failed to locate it with my close eyes and groaned once again.

"This is why I never drink much. But why did I drink so much? My head is hurting." I looked to my right where the air conditioner was set. The temperature was not that low.

I suddenly felt something. Someone was looking at me but there should not be anyone but me. A cold shiver ran through my spine and I felt like scratching my skin out of fear. I very slowly turned to my left and saw very dim light was coming inside of the room from outside. My thin curtains tried to stop it from coming inside.
