Stop Cold

Becca sighs in frustration again for the umpteenth time as she scans through the counter in a shopping mall, and doesn't find what she is looking for to buy.

“This is the third supermarket!" She says exasperatedly

to herself . ”Am I ever going to find those hair products". She continued loudly. Then suddenly she hears someone call her name. It was a familiar voice, and immediately she heard it, she spins around to see if she heard right.

“Gerald?!" She screams in surprise the moment she sets her eyes on him.

“Becca how are you doing?" Gerald says to her.

“Where on earth have you been?" She asks him instead, as she moves closer to him.

“I moved into my own house"? He answers.

“Wow, that's good". Becca replies and hugs him lightly. “I decided not to disturb you because I know you needed space and time". She continues, sending him a flirtatious smile. ”I must say, you really look good". She adds.

“Thanks". Gerald replies simply.

“We should have lunch together, so we can catch up". She qu
