Asher gently set me down on his bed as he leaned back on his ankles and stared up into my face, but he didn't touch me.

"Are you okay?" He whispered.

Am I okay?! No, I am most certainly not okay! Him and Jake both just completely humiliated me in front of everyone. I'm angry. I'm embarrassed. But most of all, I'm hurt!
