4-Once A Player, Always A Player

The next day, I got ready and then made my way downstairs. Rachel, called me and I went to the kitchen.

"Hey, breakfast is ready."

"Thanks, where's Raven?"

"He had to meet a friend, he said they're doing a project and are meeting at the library."

Yeah right, I heard him last night, he was talking to Trisha. I just figured he wouldn't go, but I was wrong.

Rachel served me breakfast. I actually enjoyed spending the morning with them, I figured it would be awkward without Raven.

"I'm back." Raven, announced as he entered the kitchen.

"What happened?" Caleb, asked him.

"My friend had an emergency and couldn't meet me at he library so I came back." He replied as he sat on the couch.

Mel, came down and hugged her parents and her brother. Then she saw me and sat on my lap.

"You have Mel's approval. It was never about my parents approving our relationship, it was Mel, liking you." Raven, said as he lightly pinched her cheeks. She giggled.
