That same day, Nate had surgery because his parents wanted him to, and of course, I wanted it too.
After his parents signed the consent, his operation was performed immediately.No one was allowed into the room where Nate was while he was undergoing surgery. I also didn’t want to see him suffer, be injured, and bleed during the operation, so I left huddled in the small chapel of the hospital, constantly praying that his operation would be successful.
