“So here's the plan,” William begins, drawing everyone's attention to himself.
“Vic is upset with Jen because of what she did, but that doesn't mean she's upset with children as well!”
“What do you mean?” Jennifer inquired.
“We will send children to meet her, and as far as I know her, she will never reject them or say anything to them because she has always wanted to have children but has been unable to do so owing to her condition.
So, how about we employ children to soften her heart a little? This way, she'll forget everything, and if she doesn't, her rage will subside and she'll accept us back.”
Everyone liked his suggestion because there was no danger in trying it, and Jennifer knew Vic would never turn away her only best friend's children.
